Art in the Stations project records, 1984-1992.

Papers about the artists, grants received and publicity on the project. Contains blueprints, correspondence and legal contracts and film of the project by Sue Marx. Artists included are: Stephen Antonakos, Constante Crovatto, Marshall Fredericks, J. Seward Johnson, Gerome Kamrowski, Jun Kaneko, Joyce Kozloff, Alvin Loving, Charles McGee, Allie McGhee, Glen Michaels, Kirk Newman, Sandra Osip, Pewabic Pottery, Farley Tobin and George Woodman. Instructions for installation, maintenance and cleaning of the art work, brochures describing the art work and newspaper clippings on the art and artists are also included along with notebooks of Detroit People Mover Art Commission meeting minutes.
