WorldCat record id: 122497744 Ellis Reynolds Shipp was born 20 January 1847 in David City, Iowa. Her parents joined the LDS Church and emigrated to Utah in 1852. In 1866, Ellis married Milford Shipp. She entered the Women's Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1875, graduating three years later. She wrote numerous medical articles and papers and was elected to Utah's Ha...
