The records of the Chicago Loop Zonta have been arranged in three series, representing the three administrative levels of the organization: 1. Chicago Loop Zonta, 2. District VI, and 3. Zonta International. The collection includes articles of incorporation, bylaws, auditors reports, correspondence, financial statements, ledgers, ledger cards, membership forms, membership rosters, minutes of the board of directors and regular members meetings, newsletters, newspaper clippings, photographs, scrapbooks, memos, minutes, form letters, proceedings, speeches, reports, publicity releases, budgets, programs, invitations brochures, various publications of Zonta International, and miscellaneous material relating to committees and projects of the Zonta Club of Chicago Loop.
