Fanny Wiggins Kelly (or Kelley) v. Sarah L. (Luse) Larimer case in Franklin County, Kan., District Court. Included are documents from related cases in Allen and Woodson County District courts. Kelly sued Larimer and her husband, William J. Larimer, for breach of contract relating to publication of a ms. recounting the women being held captive by Dakota Indians in Wyoming.
