Receipts, orders, accounts of wages book and correspondence to William H. Bartlett, captain of the S.S. Tresco (1902-1906), S.S. Tropic (1907) and the S.S. Tropea (1915-1916). Papers include a copy of a letter from the Supt. of Immigration in Ottawa, Canada to all British shipping interests warning of the activities of 2 Germans and their 4 American partners believed to be "employed for destroying British shipping as well as bridges in Canada," dated April 9, 1915.
