[Africa, West Africa, Ghana, Ewe, 1950s] [sound recording] / collected by A.M. Jones.

Recordings contain demonstrations of percussion music, drum patterns, and syllabic singing for the Husago, Sovu, Adzida, Agbadza, Nyayito and Sogba dances of the Ewe people of Ghana. The recordings also contains several examples of similar material for the Icila dance of the Lala people of Zambia.
