This collection documents Lowell Schoenfeld's (1920-2002) work using computers to explore explicit inequalities involving prime numbers and the Riemann zeta function. These records document one of the first major efforts to use modern computational methods of analysis on the Riemann function.

Schoenfeld received his Ph. D. in 1944 from the University of Pennsylvania under the direction of Hans Rademacher.
