K.W. Lee worked 40 years as an investigative reporter for several mainstream newspapes, most notably, the Sacramento Union. He founded and edited Koreatown, the first national English language Korean American newspaper (1979-1982) and edited The Korea Times English Edition in Los Angeles (1990-1992). In 1978, K.W.
