Papers regarding court case brought against Ingersoll by Green B. Raum, the drainage commissioner of Saline County who accused Ingersoll of not paying for the land. Includes indenture, notice of foreclosure, summons for Ebon and Robert, and a statement by Robert Ingersoll. Sheriff John Boyer signed that he had served the summons. Ingersoll lost the land.
