Helen Andelin majored in Home Economics at Brigham Young University, but dropped out to marry Aubrey Andelin. The couple had eight children. She shared the secrets of her happy marriage with small groups of women in Fresno, Calif. in the early 1960s and began working with the adult education department of the LDS Church.
