Industry (Schooner) logbook, 1801-1802.

The logbook of the schooner Industry details a shipping voyage from Salem, Mass., to numerous ports in the West Indies, including Dominica; Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Jacmel, Haiti; Martinique; and Trinidad, Dec. 1801-May 1802. The logbook is incomplete, but describes port activities, and includes notes on shipboard occupations and mention of an embargo.
