Kathryn Ellen O'Loughlin (April 24, 1894 – January 16, 1952) was an American lawyer, rancher, businesswoman, and politician. A member of the Democratic Party, she was the first woman elected to Congress from Kansas, serving as a U.S. Representative from 1933 to 1935. After her election, she was married to Daniel M.
