Captain Andrew Novak of the United States Chemical Corps, is in charge of an exhibit at the Pine Bluff's annual Livestock Show in Jefferson County, Arkansas. Another part of the exhibit is a slide projection of 12 posters that the Soviet Union distributes among her citizens.
