One of a group of negatives taken for August 7, 1960, Arkansas Gazette article "Telling the Time of Day - It's a Sizable Job," E1:1. Series of public clocks found around Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Built in 1922, the Missouri Pacific Railroad building has a large clock tower.
