Erb and Arne Sovik, Executive Secretaries of the Board of Foreign Missions of the ULCA and then of the Board of World Missions and Division for World Mission and Ecumenism of the LCA. They contain correspondence, minutes of several committees, including those related to the formation of the school as well as its dissolution, and information about the annual Institute for Furloughed Missionaries.
