Fanny (Brig) logbook, 1787-1790.

The logbook of the brig Fanny details five shipping voyages from Salem, Mass., to the West Indies and the Cape Verde Islands, with stops at Martinique and Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Oct. 1787-Mar. 1790. The brig's owners were Benjamin Goodhue and Lydia Tucker; the master and logbook keeper was Thorndike Proctor. The logbook includes mention of passenger traffic aboard this cargo ship.
