Carbon copy of typed Ejército Libertador de la Republica Mexico order signed by Emiliano Zapata as General in Chief of the Liberation Army to [Al. C. General Srio] Manuel Palafox ordering that the army should pay only for those troops authorized to be in the Cuartel General in Amecameca. Part of an ink notation by a secretary is legible in lower left corner of the letter.
