General description of the collection: The John J. Yeosock photograph collection includes photos covering only very few years of his distinguished career - Desert Storm, as commander, U.S., U.K., and French Army Forces, Kuwaiti Theater of Operations; and as commander 3rd Army and Deputy Commanding General Forces Command, Fort McPherson, Georgia. The Desert Storm photos are mostly top-level staff photos and exchanges of gifts with Saudi Arabian generals. There are photos of a visit by General Carl E. Vuono and Mrs. Elizabeth Dole (then the President of the American Red Cross). There are photos of the redeployment of elements of the 3rd Army and Armed Forces Day activities, both at Fort McPherson, Georgia and there are several portrait photos of Lieutenant General Yeosock both in black and white and color.
