Consists of publicity photos of Boeing designs throughout the history of the company, from 1927 through the early 1960s. Included are several key aircraft designs, such as the Boeing 247 transport on which Boeing's United Airlines was based, and the post-war Stratoliner. Military planes such as the B-17 and B-29 bombers, as well as the first jet bomber, the B-47, are also represented. A series on production and research and development facilities features photographs of the first plant and the later Seattle plants, post-war production, and modern facilities such as the Boeing Wind Tunnel.
