General Pickering (Brigantine) logbook, 1778-1779.

The logbook of the brigantine General Pickering details a privateering voyage from Salem, Mass., to Martinique, Nov. 1778-April 1779. The master was Jonathan Haraden; the brig's owner was possibly George Williams. While on its voyage, the General Pickering spoke the brig Montgomery and the brig Nancy (out of New London). Bound with the logbook for Brigantine Tyrannicide.
