Includes "Einleitung": hand-drawn colored charts of jacquard weaves, with manuscript explanations; and "Décomposition": 34 samples of silk fabric, accompanied by enlarged detail drawings of the pattern design, with manuscript explanation. Divided into: "Liserés," "Lancés," "Broches," "Mexicaines," "Damasses," "Lampas," "Matelassés," "Velours," and "Gazes."
