The Rex A. Wadham Collection is a collection of the personal papers, original writings, and original illustrations of Dr. Rex A. Wadham. The majority of the papers included in the collection are the original writings and illustrations made by Dr. Wadham for use in the classes that he taught in the School of Education and the Department of Religion during his tenure as a professor at Brigham Young University. Also included are other personal works including but not limited to documents relating to Professor Wadham's work on an early computer system called TICOR and an unbound copy of his dissertation. In addition, class documents (i.e. syllabuses, course calendars, etc.), select student evaluations, and select student work is also included.

Rex A. Wadham was born in Auckland, New Zealand in 1931. He attended Brigham Young University and graduated with B.S. in commercial art and was hired as a full-time special instructor in audio-visual media in the College of Education. He eventually received a Master of Library Science degree from Brigham Young University and a Ph. D. in educational psychology from the University of Utah. In 1921, newly appointed President Harris created the College of Education from the School of Education. L. John Nuttall was named Dean of the College in 1922.
