Letter : Bath, to John Wentworth, N.H., 1771 May 23.

Autograph letter signed. Signed by the Duke of Richmond. Richmond thanks Wentworth, colonial governor of New Hampshire, for sending him a female deer. Also included is an autograph letter signed from Francis Nicholson (1909 Feb. 15) that relates to Richmond's 1771 letter and the volume from which both letters were tranferred: The Natural History and Antiquities of Selborne by Gilbert White.
