Civil War Hospital Logbook fragment, 1863 June 20 to August 24.

A folded leaf from the logbook lists the date of death, name, rank, company, regiment, ward, disease and disposition of effects for four Confederate soldiers. Disposition of effects is listed for seven additional soldiers but the fragment does not contain their names or other information. Listed names includ Lt. J[ohn] R. Cox of the Co. D, 48th Georgia; Capt. John F.S. Vanbokkelin of Co. D, 3rd North Carolina; Lt. E[lisha] H. Amburn of Co. F, 21st North Carolina; and Lt. W.J. Mays of Co. D. 59th Georgia.
