Negative taken for December 10, 1959, Arkansas Gazette article "Tri-state Point Recalls Lost County, Old Puzzle," B1:2. In the Northwest corner of Benton County, is one of six points that two other states touch Arkansas. Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri come together at the points photographed. These negatives are of markers indicating state boundaries. Some of the negatives are of "Entering" and "Exiting" signs. This image includes a sign that reads, "Arkansas Welcomes You."
