Handwritten genealogical records, transcribed by Thomas Seymour in 1817, of several Bonner families: John and Mary Bonner; John and Jane (Bonner) Ellery; John and Sarah (Marsh) Bonner; and John and Mary (Austin) Ellery. The Bonners and Elleries originally settled in Boston. Mary (Austin) Ellery was from Hartford, Conn., and their children were born there. Further information on the Ellery family, descendants of William Ellery of England, was added by Harrison Ellery in 1873. The back of the volume -- originally the front of the book -- is an account book of William Ellery's distillery, 1797-1799, and of a stoneware works, 1800-1802.
