Moeller, a Democrat from Ohio toured the Army Chemical Corps Arsenal operations at Pine Bluff, Jefferson County, Arkansas in July of 1959. Born in Woodward, Woodward County, Oklahoma, Olin E. Teague (1910-1981) was a U.S. Congressman from 1946 to 1978. Born in 1910 in New Palestine, Hancock County, Indiana, Walter H. Moeller was U.S. Congressman from 1959 to 1963.
