Sound recordings made by Lucy Muir of meetings, press conferences, and rallies during 1977's successful demonstrations in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco convincing the federal government to issue regulations implementing Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Muir had a tape recorder at both demonstrations.
