General description of the collection: The Broadus Bailey, Sr., photograph collection consists of photos collected by Mr. Bailey relative to his service in the Tennessee National Guard and as an officer in the 119th Infantry Regiment of the 30th Division, AEF. Several photos show views on the Texas-Mexican border in 1916. Two rolled photos show the officers and camp of the 4th Infantry Regiment, Tennessee National Guard in 1919. The vast majority of the images are either WWI Signal Corps photos of the 30th Division or small, unidentified photos glued into what is left of an album. These latter photos appear to also be from the 1917 to 1919 period.
