This collection of scrapbooks relates largely to Admiral Frank Kelso's tenure as Chief of Naval Operations from 1990 to 1994. It contains many color photographs of official and social events that Kelso attended. Other scrapbooks in the collection document his activities as Commander in Chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet from 1986 to 1988 and the 18th Inter-American Naval Conference in 1994.
