The James S. Brown diary and journal [extract]. 1967.

Typed transcription of part of James S. Brown's diary and journal (with misspellings and other errors corrected). James S. Brown generally kept both a diary and a journal at the same time, usually expanding on the diary entries in his journal. This transcription is extracted from his diary and journal entries made during his mission to the Navajo Indians and adjacent tribes in southern Utah and Arizona, from 1875 to 1877.
