Florence M. Monaghan papers, 1925-1966.

The collection includes a seven page diary with details of a sailing in 1925 on board the Ford's Henry Ford II; three letters pertaining to the possibility of a similar trip aboard the Ford ore carrier in 1966; and correspondence from Clara Ford. Among the correspondence is a letter dated October 1945, in which Clara speaks of Henry Ford II's release from the Navy during World War II to take the helm of the Ford Motor Company.
