Edward Wigglesworth [photograph], 1856.

Hand-colored ninth-plate daguerreotype in brass frame of Dr. Edward Wigglesworth (1840-1896), taken by David E. James of Boston, Mass. in 1856. Wigglesworth was a dermatologist who founded the Department of Diseases of the Skin ar Boston City Hospital and taught at Harvard Medical School. He married Sarah Willard Frothingham Wigglesworth (b. 1848) in 1882.
