Lorris A. Foster Foster, originally from Detroit, Michigan, attended Iowa State College (University) as a Child Development major from 1944 until 1947. Her freshman year, she lived in Roberts Hall. She joined the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority and was also active in the Collegiate Presbyterian Church.
