Series 10 and 11 of record group 59-4 consist of a Kalamazoo plat maps for section 16 of T.2 S., R.11 W., originally collected by either the Michigan Geological Survey or the Michigan Lands Division. The first map is of plat no. 2 (or revision plat) of Kalamazoo in Kalamazoo County (Dec. 24, 1839). The map is 10 1/4" x 13 3/4" in size, no scale given. The second map is a plat of Kalamazoo (1837), 12 1/2" x 15 1/2" in size, no scale given.
