Sixth-plate daguerreotype of Lucretia Dana Goddard (b. 1773), wife of Nathaniel Goddard. The photograph is attributed to John Adams Whipple and was taken between 1850 and 1855. A note inside the case in an unknown hand identifies the photograph.
