Displayed pieces of artwork along clotheslines at the annual Prairie Grove Clothesline Fair in Washington County, Arkansas. Robert Barnes, president of the Council of Ozark Artists and Craftsmen, discusses the fair with Mrs. Sammie Brown, a Fort Smith artist, whose oil painting "Clowns" is hanging behind her.
