Letter to [Edward?] Walford, ca. 1865.

Arnold tells Walford that he is unable to supply an article for him. As long as he inspects schools there is little chance of this and he will be away for six months inspecting French and German schools for the middle and upper classes. He wonders why more periodicals are starting and questions why they can't be combined.
