Dabney, an attorney, writes from Cadiz, KY to Judge William S. Randolph in Princeton, KY regarding the informal settlement and exchange of Railroad bonds from Caldwell County; says he saw an interview regarding this in the Louisville Courier Journal. Dabney claims that one year had passed since "this informal arrangement" and five years "since any interest was paid by the company." Wants to know what commission proposes.
