Letter 14 January 1855 ALS, 1 pp.

Writes to Mr. Willis Green of Falls of Rough, KY from Henderson KY. He has been commissioned to sell Green's lumber, and gives him an update. Cheney has only sold 12-13 thousand and received the average price of $1.05 for what he has sold. Suggests selling at low cost or sending down more lumber; does think Green can do a good business in Henderson.
