Full length male nude seated on a plinth, seen reaching down to his right towards a basket of fruit or flowers, a cape flowing behind his head and back. Executed on the verso of a letter to Etty from Sir Martin Archer Shee inviting him to "meet a few academic friends at dinner in Cavendish Square on Thursday the 20th" with a list of names written by Etty including the Dean of Gloucester.
