Bound volume that includes a copy of the resolution with the seal of Springfield, signed by the mayor. A handwritten invitation by both the mayor, and Richard J. Ogelsby. A printed invitation signed by all members of the City Council, city officials, members of the judiciary and law enforcement. More printed invitation petitions signed by citizens of Springfield, many of them prominent in banking, business and publishing.
