Personal papers including general machine design problems, 1931, from the Lowell Institute School, an evening school not connected with the Lowell Textile Institute; from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Lowell Institute acting together; and a problem set from the M.I.T. Mechanical Engineering Dept., all with answers provided by Rotondo. Also includes information dated 1947 about the Sawyer Mills, Dover, N.H., where Rotondo was the project engineer working on the firm's furnace and boiler; and correspondence addressed to Rotondo at the American Woolen Co., Lawrence, Mass., about turbines, boilers, etc., with specifications and notes about equipment to be installed in power plants at other mills. Also contains correspondence, 1949, to Rotondo, mostly from James Leffel & Co., Springfield, Ohio, with estimates for a turbine; a daybook, 1949; five photographs of the Ayer Mills dye house towers under construction, Lawrence, Mass., Oct. 1945; three photographs of turbines and pressure pumps; one blueprint copy of the floor plan of Washington Mill No. 7, 1922, by Turner Construction; and four blueprints, 1920-1923, identified as American Woolen Company, Shawsheen stock farm, stock barn ventilation; American Woolen Co., Clark Farm, cow barn; First floor plan, cow barn; Sections, hay and sheep barn (P1544 Print/Photograph Collection).
