Bobby Dodd (1908-1988) served as Director of Athletics at Georgia Tech from 1950 to 1976 and head coach of the Yellow Jackets football team from 1945 to 1966. George Clayton Griffin, the son of Mary Brotherton Griffin and Clayton C. Griffin, was born 09 October 1896 in Savannah, GA.
