Richard Fairchild account book, 1668-1680.

An account book, kept in a suburb of London, for unknown transactions by Fairchild. A second hand, attributed to Peter Bulkeley, recorded the sale of veal, beef and other meat, and was paid in butter and eggs, mostly by women. A third hand is attributed to Gershom Bulkeley and consists of medical notes, most appearing to be in Latin. The Bulkeley's lived in Wethersfield, Connecticut.
