Hokanson, Nels Magnus, 1885-

Hokanson, born in Denmark of Swedish parents, immigrated to the U.S. when he was three. A graduate of the University of Chicago and a law school, he worked in Chicago banking and real estate for more than 50 years. Hokanson wrote a book, Swedish Immigrants in Lincoln's Time.
