An executoria, written in scribal hand and finished in the year 1609. Commissioned by Diego Casco of the "cuidad de Truxillo" to establish his line of nobility (hidalquia). Consists of a genealogy of the Casco family, with transcriptions and notes from official genealogical documents, baptismal records, and official dictations. Signed by the notaries, scribes, etc., at end and dated 1609. Contains figured initial of King Philip wearing the order of the golden fleece and with original lead seal bearing the arms of the king, the reverse showing the monarch on the throne.
