Gloor, Walter Ervin, 1907-

Gloor was born on November 9, 1907 in Ohio. He received his Bachelor of Science in 1929, and his Ph. D. in 1934 from Case Institute of Technology. He began his career as a research chemist with Hercules, Inc, where he became active in new product development. He remained with Hercules until 1972, when he began consulting.
