Jefferson writes to George Clinton, New York, 1790 June 25, enclosing an enabling act for establishing U.S. Courts in Rhode Island; to Josiah Donath, Philadelphia, 1796 October 2 and December 4, ordering window glass; to Patrick Gibson, Richmond, 1812 March 29, ordering remittances to an ironmonger and a printer be defrayed by the sale of flour; and to Peter Minor, 1812 October 18 and 21, on the purchase of a horse and a book order list containing Anglo-Saxon, ecclesiastical and religitious titles, probably for the University of Virginia library.
