Series 36 of RG 66-36 consists of records of the Osage Mining Company for the years 1864-1907. Includes: a cash book (1864-1907), relating to expenses of consolidation, exploration, salaries, taxes, stock, etc.; stock ledger (1864-1904), listing stockholders and number of shares; general ledger of accounts (1864-94); journal (1864-1905), listing stocks, expenditures for exploration, operations in Philadelphia and Detroit; and minutes (1864-1907), which includes a copy of the articles of association, certificate of filing the articles, narrative minutes of both regular and annual meetings of the Board of Directors, letters, list of stockholders, certificates of proxy and copies of deeds.
